Kort, accompanied by McCumberland Gap featuring his sister Beth M. Wilberger on violin, make a dynamic musical package for weddings. It is rare to find musicians that can bring your guests joyfully from pre-ceremony to reception's end, but Kort can!
Kort's first instruments were the cello and piano. (There are great perks being raised by a mother who is a music teacher that played with the Jacksonville Symphony.) Kort and Beth have a love and appreciation for classical music.
Once the ceremony is over, Kort trades his cello for an array of stringed instruments and the party begins. Entertaining your guests with original and traditional Americana, folk, bluegrass and roots are what they do best! A number of band arrangements can be accommodated depending on the setting, number of guests and atmosphere you are looking to provide for your reception.
They have played many, many weddings and are well versed in wedding protocol. They would be honored to provide the soundtrack of your wedding day!

Beth is a fantastic wedding music planner. She is happy to assist you in what can be the somewhat daunting task of putting together the music that will be the backdrop of your wedding day.

"Beth and Kort’s music was definitely a highlight of our wedding. Not only was the music they played lovely, upbeat, folksy, and great, but Beth and Kort were outgoing and fun to boot. Beth was also amazing when she helped us decide on specific ceremony and 1st dance songs. She had so many great ideas that were perfect for us. Even though Beth and Kort had only known us for a short time before the wedding, they were like good friends on our special day. We wish they could be part of every celebration! "
Thank you!
